Thai Plum Duck Spring Roll

The succulent taste of duck is made all the better with Robert Rothschilds Plum Garlic Thai Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 each Spring roll wrap
  • 3/4 cup Duck breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Plum Garlic Thai Sauce

Directions

Mix together duck, cabbage and Plum Garlic Thai Sauce.

  1. Fill each spring roll wrap with filling. Seal with beaten egg.
  2. Roll and deep fry at 350 degrees F until golden brown.
