World-renowned Cajun and Creole Chef John Folse examined Louisiana’s culinary history and the seven nations (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Creole, African-American and Native American). He found some interesting evidence! – We are bringing the information to you! There is way more to our Louisiana heritage than Gumbo and Red Beans and Rice!
We are having four sessions this summer
Each Session costs $125 for the week with a $25 registration fee!
Ages 6-9
Session 1: May 31 – June 4 from 8:30am to 11:30am
Session 3: July 5-July 9 from 8:30am to 11:30am
Ages 10-13
Session 2: June 7 – June 11 from 8:30am to 11:30am
Session 4: July 12- July 16 from 8:30am to 11:30am
